Nancy Blackett has successfully returned to her winter quarters at Woodbridge.
On Thursday (7th October) skipper Neil Brooks (with Tim Everson and Mike Hilton) sailed her round from Woolverstone Marina on the River Orwell to the Deben, where she went into the Woodbridge Tidemill Marina. Ian McGlynn, chairman of the Nancy Blackett Trust’s Sailing Committee, was on hand to take her lines, and a small team quickly began stripping her ready for liftout at Robertsons Marina yesterday (Friday 8 October).
