Payments
Your orders can be paid securely by credit or debit card, or via your PayPal account. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers.
Shipping Methods
We ship worldwide by Royal Mail (subject to certain countries that we cannot serve – shown at checkout). UK clothing orders are shipped directly from the supplier by overnight courier. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout once your delivery address is confirmed.
Shipping Times
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. This includes order processing by our volunteer team, Royal Mail transit times, and possible customs delays for international orders. Shipping notifications (with tracking information where available) are sent when your order is dispatched.Â
Taxes, Duties & Import Charges
UK orders include applicable VAT. International orders exclude local taxes, customs duties and import charges. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are usually collected by the carrier or local authorities on delivery. In rare cases where we pay these upfront, we will request reimbursement.
Product Images & Variations
Images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, shades and designs may vary slightly from the images shown due to photographic lighting, screen settings and different device displays. Handmade, custom-made or small-batch items may also include natural variations in colour, texture, size or finish. These are part of their unique character and are not considered defects.
Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods (starting the day after delivery) for a full refund of the goods and the original standard delivery cost, provided the items are returned unused in their original condition within a further 14 days. Exceptions: personalised or custom-made items and unwrapped CDs or DVDs are non-returnable unless faulty. You are responsible for return shipping costs (except for faulty or misdescribed items). We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Faulty or misdescribed items are fully covered under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, our Returns policy applies.
