The crew reunited late yesterday evening aboard Nancy Blackett, which had been patiently waiting for them in Brighton Marina. Today saw them have a leisurely time in the Marina, safely sheltered from the strong summer winds that have continued on and off for several days.
If the weather looks promising, tomorrow morning may see an early start towards Eastbourne, initially, with any continuation towards Dover subject to prevailing conditions. At this stage, an arrival at Woolverstone on Saturday is still possible, with the forecasts indicating Thursday and Friday having the best sailing weather.
