Nancy Blackett is safely in the Solent, having transferred from Gosport to Port Hamble yesterday morning. She will be at Bucklers Hard over the bank holiday weekend along with Swallow, for the IAGM of the Arthur Ransome Society.
Nancy Blackett and her crew made it to Brighton yesterday after a long twelve-hour voyage from Dover, having decided not to stop en-route at Eastbourne. The aim for today is now to reach Gosport, and ultimately Hamble Point, by tomorrow.
