Nancy Blackett left Hythe Marina at 14.00 en route to Cowes to prepare for the Round the Island Race. Delayed with sorting out the Yankee and losing the jib halyard up the mast! Problem resolved by going into the lock at low water! – Bob Hull

Nancy Blackett and her crew arrived in Hamble at tea-time yesterday, accompanied by a some light rain, following a good sail across the Solent. Today she headed west again, this time berthing at the Royal Clarence Marina in Gosport. Plans for tomorrow include a voyage up the Beaulieu River.
