Following Saturday's AGM, skipper Bryan Bonser took a well-deserved morning off on Sunday, while John Benford and Frank Martin took some more members for a short sail into Southampton Water and back.
In the afternoon, Bryan's son and Frank's daughter (who are married – to each other), accompanied by their grandsons went for their own voyage to Southampton Water and back, with John Benford managing not to hit any expensive boat on the way back in to the Hamble pontoon, morning or afternoon, although he got a bit close when they left in the morning.
On Monday, some more members spent the day sailing in the Solent, while the Sea Scouts were welcome aboard in the evening, now moored in Gosport again.
Tuesday saw a return daytime trip to Cowes, while the Sea Scouts were treated to an evening sail.
Yesterday was a maintenance day, with a further evening visit from the Scouts.
Today, with another change of crew and guests, Nancy Blackett headed up Southampton Water and is currently in Hythe Marina.
