Information for Members of the Nancy Blackett Trust about the AGM and Summer Social on Saturday 8th June at the Royal Harwich Yacht Club, Woolverstone, Suffolk, IP9 1AT.

There is no charge to NBT members for attendance, but please book in advance (essential for meals). 

Please order your buffet lunches/dinners by Monday 3rd June.

Event Programme:

10:00 am – Doors open for members to arrive, with welcoming coffee

11:00 am – AGM (free – open to NBT members only)

12:30 pm – Buffet Lunch (£10 per person)

2:00 pm – Afternoon Speaker

4:30 pm (approx) – free time for shoreside walks, sailing, etc.

6:30 pm – Evening Dinner (£24.50 per person)

Starters

  • Homemade tomato and basil soup, peppered crème fraiche (veo, gf)
  • Smoked mackerel pate, pickled cucumber, melba toast (gfo)

Mains

  • Classic fish pie, seasonal vegetables (gf)
  • Lasagne (meat or vegetable), mixed leaves, garlic bread (veo, gfo)

Followed by sweet bites, and tea or coffee
